Getting Started

First, click the “request appointment” link below which will take you to the Simple Practice website, which allows all my clients to do their scheduling online.

As a new client, you can sign up for a free consultation and find a time that works for your schedule. We'll take about 15 to 20 minutes getting to know each other over the phone or Zoom. This will give us both a feel for whether working together is in alignment.

Once your consultation appointment is set, you will need to fill out an intake and some other basic forms on the Simple Practice website. This will give me information about your life so I can ensure you are getting the best possible support, and will also contain information on your rights as a client.

Please let me know if you have any questions or if you don’t see a time available that works best for you.

Individuals

Individual Sessions are available for a one hour or a ninety minute session.

Couples

Couples Sessions are available as a ninety minute session.

Spiritual Life Coaching

Spiritual Life Coaching are available for a one hour or a ninety minute session.

Family Systems & Larger Groups

Larger group sessions are available upon request and session length will be based on the number of participants.

Fee Schedule

Rates for Individuals/Couples are $225 per hour/$340 per 90 minute session. Multiple bookings receive a package discount.

I offer a very limited number of sliding scale appointments based on financial need and my availability.

Cancellation Policy

I ask that you notify me at least 24 hours before our scheduled appointment time. Anything less than 24 hours notice will result in the an automated charge to the client for the session fee.

Payments and Insurance

Payments are automated through Simple Practice, or your choice of payment option through Venmo. Payments are processed on the day of service.

While I do not accept insurance and am considered “out-of-network”, I can provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance company with the appropriate diagnosis codes, EIN and NPI numbers .
